20150308 WBFN Algonquin Outing
Willow Beach Field Naturalists (WBFN) outing to Algonquin Provincial Park led by Katsu Sakuma. Katsu shared his extensive knowledge of the exhibits, trails and other Park features. Bird feeding and observation were popular activities. Stops included the Logging Museum trail, Opeongo Road, Visitor Centre and Spruce Bog Boardwalk. WBFN members were also treated to a special behind-the-scenes tour of the collections led by Park Naturalist David LeGros. During the walks, Don McLeod helped with wildlife tracks ID.
