20160306 KFN Tracking
Members of the Kawartha Field Naturalists (KFN) gathered at a rural property near Kirkfield to go tracking. Species identified by tracks and/or sign included: Red Squirrel, Red Fox, Smoky Shrew, Coyote, Porcupine, Fisher, Moose, Snowshoe Hare and Ruffed Grouse. A Red-tailed Hawk was photographed roadside on the way home.
